Frost Tech London designed and installed walk-in chiller and freezer rooms for Ergon House, a Greek boutique hotel and restaurant at 26 King Street in Covent Garden, working with S.O.S Catering Equipment as part of the wider refurbishment.
The project required the cold rooms to be designed around the available space within the existing building, maximising usable refrigerated storage while coordinating the installation alongside multiple contractors working across the site. This made it a strong example of how bespoke cold rooms can be adapted to complex refurbishment projects rather than forcing the building around standard room dimensions.
